We were delighted by the really good price of some really outstanding wines.
Dive into the specials bin for some ridiculously cheap but very good quality bottles (one euro fifty for a top class merlot). Award winning wines are available at a lesser price than can be had in the supermarkets and liquor stores, even in the nearby towns.
We were surprised and delighted by the bobotie wrap in the adjacent restaurant. It was very well cooked in traditional style, and bursting with authentic and perfectly balanced flavours.
The beef pie was similarly hearty and well presented, very much in local home cooking style.
