We arrived later in the evening without a reservation. We were welcomed and seated at the bar until a table came free.
The ostrich, kudu and crocodile carpaccio was exquisite in its presentation of different flavours.
The zebra steak was a revelation : juicy, unique and delicate flavour of the game shining through. The sole was well prepared and well accompanied by sides.
A very interesting and satisfying, if somewhat expensive, wine menu to satisfy all tastes and perfectly accompany all dishes.
The complimentary songs from the assembled staff at the end of the evening were a lovely touch and brought smiles to every one of the already obviously satisfied tables.
Good food complemented by welcoming hosts and attentive staff, all working together to make a very pleasant dining experience.
