A well aged 500g T-bone steak, beautifully aged and cooked exactly as ordered rare to medium rare. The best cut for this taken from the end where the meat is juiciest and the bone the smallest.
We also enjoyed a huge lovely sole and calamari fingers from the sister establishment Freshline Fisheries next door (no extra price). Great bonus to be able to bring own wine, no corkage.
Top class and perfectly satisfying.
